Required
The following documents
will be required to proceed with funding your loan once we do an initial
evaluation and pre-approval.
- Initially, complete the online loan application form. You may need to reload the page to get it to display correctly. Once we prequalify you and your property or project, we will contact you and arrange to get the copies of the documents listed below:

Photo copy of the
owner's passport or cedula.

Copy of the plano
castrado (plot map) of the property.

Letter of intent
signed by the borrower describing the reason for refinancing and the intended
use of any cash out.

Photo copy of the
trespaso document that describes the property and the purchase that you
received when you purchased the property.
